At Trans4Mation Independent Living, we understand that stable housing
can change more than someone's address.
Having a safe place to call home can create the foundation needed to regain stability, maintain independence and begin looking toward what comes next.
We provide affordable room-and-board housing for independent adults in welcoming residential environments designed around respect, stability, dignity and community.
Whether someone is navigating a housing transition, living on a fixed income, rebuilding after a period of instability or simply searching for a dependable place to call home, Trans4Mation Independent Living offers an opportunity to move forward with greater confidence.

Finding The Right Fit
Every person's situation is different.

That's why prospective residents are individually screened to help determine whether Trans4Mation Independent Living is an appropriate housing option.

Residents should be able to manage their own daily and personal-care needs, safely live within a shared-home environment, follow household guidelines, respect fellow residents and property, and have an identified payment source or approved housing assistance.
