Trans4Mation Independent Living is an independent, non-medical room-and-board housing environment.

We do not provide assisted living, skilled nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, personal-care services, behavioral-health treatment or services that require professional or facility licensure.
​
Residents must be capable of managing their personal and daily-living needs independently or arranging appropriate outside support.
